Do I need technical knowledge to set up Suite OS?
No. Onboarding is a guided flow — choose your business type, add your catalogue, invite your team. You're operational in minutes. No developer required.
What business types does Suite OS support?
Service businesses (salons, clinics, barbershops, therapy practices), product businesses (retail shops, pharmacies, hardware stores, supermarkets), and hybrids of the two. If your business spans categories, you choose which modules to activate during setup. Your admin can adjust at any time.
Can I use Suite OS across multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-branch management is built into the core platform — not a workaround. Each branch has its own stock, staff, and configuration, while you maintain a consolidated view at owner level.
How does billing work? Are there hidden fees?
Flat monthly subscription per plan. No per-transaction fees, no add-ons, no charges at renewal beyond your plan price.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security means one tenant's data is never accessible to another. The audit log records every action on the platform, permanently.
Can I import my existing customer and product data?
Yes — CSV import for customer records, catalogue items, and inventory. Contact us if your data is in another format and we'll advise on the fastest migration path.
What if I need a module not active for my business type?
Your admin can enable any module from platform settings at any time. Business-type configuration is a starting point, not a restriction.
