Choose your business type
Select how you operate during onboarding: service, retail, hybrid, or multi-location. Suite OS activates the right modules and configures your navigation around it. No irrelevant screens. Nothing missing.

Build your catalogue
Add your services, products, or both. Set prices, durations, categories, and tax rates. Import via CSV if you're migrating from another system — or add manually in a few minutes.

Add your team and branches
Invite staff, set their roles, and assign what they can access. If you operate more than one location, add your branches and configure stock and staff per site.

Go live
Your online booking page is active. Your POS is ready. Customers can book online; your team can process walk-ins and sales. Every transaction feeds the same records from this point forward.

Run your reports
At end of week or month, open Reports. Revenue, bookings, stock movement, and staff performance are already compiled — across every branch, every channel.
